The WBA or the Woman’s Bar Association is an organization devoted to keeping justice for women lawyers. This group also works hard to promote overall improvement of the treatment and interests of women lawyers. The group was originally developed around 1917 and has been going strong ever since. They are trying to make sure that justice is being given to everyone no matter race, gender, or creed.

This organization also tries to help as much as possible with the community. They do quite a bit of community service projects to help promote a health community environment. They also continuously work to keep all information up to date and keep all members informed of the newest law updates. They also provide networking for all the women lawyers that are members of the association. They work to make these connections into life long friends in this organization.

When this organization first began, it was just a small group of women hoping to improve the overall treatment of women in the judicial system. Over the years they began to grow in numbers and have really made an impact on today’s society. They try to provide as many resources as possible for women lawyers who are currently practicing and involved. They also continue to try and keep their organization involved with a lot of the judicial activity that is occurring on a day to day basis. The WBA prides themselves on keeping the rights of woman their first and main priority.
